Chad Sutherland
Chad’s primary area of practice is criminal law. His main focus is defending drug trafficking and firearms cases by way of challenging search warrants and the Constitutional compliance of police searches and procedures during investigation and arrest stages of cases.
Chad has appeared in various levels of court as well as commissions and tribunals.
