Rachel Frankel

In 2023, Rachel moved to Winnipeg from Toronto, leaving behind the bustling nightlife to arrive in Winterpeg, where warm hearts are never few.

Rachel graduated from the University of Guelph in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Public Policy with a minor in Political Science. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in London, England, at City University London, and holds a Masters in Common Law from the University of British Columbia.

Aside from her interest in law, Rachel enjoys singing and playing guitar, even performing at local venues and coffee spots. Her favourite food is breakfast for dinner, and she has a mean tennis serve.
