Categories include: consumer protection, products liability, employment and pension protection, as well as environmental issues. Provincial class proceedings are governed by The Class Proceedings Act of Manitoba, which came into effect on January 1, 2003.

More recently, Pollock & Company participated in a major national class action settlement against the manufacturers of a controversial drug, which usage contributed to incidents of strokes and heart attacks. We continue to handle class action law and to fight for our clients’ rights.
